    Duration of the studies differed, ranging from 1 month to 1 year: 2 studies26,33 had follow-up of 1 months, 2 studies28,29 had follow-up for 2 months, 3 studies25,27,32 had follow-up of 6 months, 2 studies30,31 had follow-up for 1 year. Participants in studies were recruited based on a CVD and regular access to a mobile phone and they were recruited from different settings: 3 studies26,28,33 recruited patients from hospitals, whereas 3 of them29,31,32 recruited from clinics. 1 of them30 recruited from the Research Institute of Cardiology.
